Peppermint Hot Chocolate
Milk this good doesn’t settle for any old hot chocolate.

Ingredients
- 1⅓ cups Rolling Meadow Dairy™ 3.8% or 2% Milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder + more for dusting
- 50g milk chocolate, broken into chunks
- ½ tsp peppermint extract
- whipped cream
- fresh mint leaves/chocolate shavings, for garnish
Instructions
- Gently heat milk in a small saucepan over medium/low heat, being careful not to boil.
- Whisk in cocoa powder and chocolate until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
- Remove from heat and whisk in peppermint extract.
- Add to heat proof mug and garnish with whipped cream, fresh mint leaves, chocolate shavings and a light dusting of cocoa powder.
