Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Rolling Meadow Dairy 3.8% or 2% milk
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 Chai tea bag
- 1 tsp honey
- 3 drops pure vanilla extract
- A sprinkle of cinnamon and more for garnish
Instructions
Steep tea for about 2 to 3 minutes then remove the tea bag. In a small saucepan, over medium heat, add the milk and heat until just steaming (do not let the milk boil). Add the milk to your mug and stir in the honey, vanilla, and cinnamon. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon!
If desired, you can whisk the steamed milk until very frothy before pouring it into the mug (or use a milk frother).
